Pretty ridiculous schedule an appointment and then I got a call with a voicemail saying that they couldn’t work on my vehicle because it was too old. It’s a 1989 GMC pick up truck super easy to work on. the reason why they said they wouldn’t work on it is because there’s no computer system for them to scan to see what’s wrong with it. Whatever happened to looking at the vehicle without having to scan a stupid computer?. this place is way too new tech and would not recommend it. All of the mechanics rely on the computers to tell them what’s wrong with it, and yes, I know other places use computers as well, but I’ve never been turned down Service over my vehicle age.

I was traveling through Montana on a family camping trip, towing our camper, when we started hearing a loud slapping noise coming from under our vehicle. We stopped and inspected the tires and the belts but couldn't find a problem. Looking up automotive shops on Google, we luckily found Peak Auto Repair and parked slong their street. The shop sent Zane over to see if he could find an issue and he did. The slap plate at the underside of the engine had torn loose snd was catching air as we drove. He grabbed some zip ties and a drill and was able to secure the plate to the frame until we could get home. There wasn't even a charge for this service! We so appreciated this quick solution which gave us peace of mind so our family could continue on our vacation. Thank you Peak!!!

Peak Auto was skilled, professional, and trustworthy. They made sure I felt comfortable, were transparent about the work and pricing, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their prices were fair, and I appreciated how professional they were with billing and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend them and go back

Peak Auto Repair earns the five stars I gave them for exceptional service during an emergency situation. Being from Idaho with car trouble on a Friday at 3:30 pm outside Missoula, they were the only auto repair shop that agreed to work on my truck. Two hours later I was back on the road, with a new alternator, and battery. The entire staff was very professional, knowledgeable, reassuring, and confident in their warranty of service. If I lived in Missoula, they would be my auto repair shop, and if you are looking for great auto service, then try them out.

Super impressed with the service here. Adahy and Zane were amazing. When I picked up my truck after they serviced the front end they explained everything they had to replace and they physically showed me the parts they removed and the condition they were in. Before picking up the truck they sent me photos of the parts they were removing during the process with explanation of their condition as well. Their service made me feel really good about my choice to bring it to Peak and I will absolutely be bringing my truck here again. For reference, I needed to have full front end struts and upper/lower control arm replacements done.
